I am Rick Norwood, your personal travel advisor. I have been planning and booking vacations and for friends and family for many years so I joined KHM Travel Group of Brunswick, Ohio as an affiliated independent contractor. I am proud to work with this superior award winning agency. Training is important to providing you with a fantastic vacation. I am constantly training to provide you with the best service. I have completed Princess Cruises training and reached the Commodore level training, MSC Cruise lines at their Master level, and I am a Antigua & Barbuda Specialist along with many other certificates.

Having worked for Carnival Cruise Line she is very knowledgeable about the cruise business. She is responsible for helping with client development and marketing.
